Step into a beautiful heritage home in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, for an immersive culinary journey through the Southern Peranakan and Cristang traditions of Malacca.

This exclusive private experience offers a "time machine" effect, bringing long-ago taste memories to life through meticulous, artisanal techniques.

Our Supper Club prioritises technical rigour over standardised hospitality. Our host operates as a solo practitioner with a strict "no helper" rule, ensuring every ingredient is personally selected and every dish is seasoned by a single hand.

Unlike commercial kitchens, every rempah (spice paste) is hand-crushed in a stone mortar and pestle to achieve a superior, variegated texture and depth of flavour.

The menu features rare starch-based heritage dishes, such as the aromatic Nasi Kabuli, which has largely disappeared from the public culinary sphere.

Dine amidst authentic Peranakan artefacts and "Nyonyaware," in a setting that bridges the gap between historical archives and contemporary dining.
