18:45 - 20:15: Wine Tasting & Buffet Dinner - Indulge in a professionally led wine tasting, featuring 3-4 carefully curated pairings with a delicious buffet dinner. Hear inspiring speeches from Stephen Fewster (ING) at 18:45 and Edwin Lampert, the Founder of The Brun Bear Foundation and author of the cookbook, at 19:10.
20:15 - 20:45: Charity Cookbook Launch - Witness the official unveiling of "Mealtimes With My Maritime Friends"! This segment will feature an engaging presentation of the cookbook, readings of select recipes, and an exclusive book signing opportunity with the author and contributors.
20:45 - 21:30: Live Auction - Participate in an exciting live auction featuring a diverse array of items, including memorabilia, fine wines, captivating artwork, and unique experience days. All proceeds from the auction will go towards supporting the the newly launched annual MarineBEAR Award.
